Mindfulness Meditation Offerings
Mindfulness Meditation options include:
Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of focusing your mind on the present moment with a non-judgmental stance. This 1-session introductory course offers a brief taste of mindfulness meditation and is a good place to start if you are new to MM. Participants will experience and get acquainted with MM through guided practices. Participants can come once, or every week!
Drop-in group will take place on Mondays at 3 pm, beginning 8/30
