Introductory Mindfulness Meditation Group

Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of focusing your mind on the present moment with a non-judgmental stance. This 1-session introductory course offers a brief taste of mindfulness meditation and is a good place to start if you are new to MM.  Participants will experience and get acquainted with MM through guided practices. Participants can come once, or every week!

Drop-in group will resume in spring 2022 Mondays at 3 pm starting 1/31
