MARCHING Band fund (GENERAL DONATION)
Make a general donation to the Spirit of Stony Brook Marching and Varsity Band. This money goes toward projects like our Annual Spring Concert, replacing instruments, funding travel and programming, and many other needs. Click on the botton below go to our GiveCampus page. Under “DESIGNATION” select “Stony Brook Marching Band” and you'll make a contribution directly to our program.
Ed Hahne Scholarship
Presented to the band member who best captures the spirit of Ed Hahne, a music educator for 41 years. The recipient should be one whose enthusiasm and humor are contagious, whose friendship transcends class time, and who encourages and inspires dedication to superior performance.

John Sr. & Margaret Leddy Endowed Scholarship
John J. Leddy, founding Director and Director Emeritus, and his wife Diane presented the Stony Brook Athletic Bands program with a generous gift of $25,000 to establish this endowed scholarship. The monetary award will provide critical financial assistance to first-generation and low-income college students in the band.

John Leddy Band (Director's) Award
Award is given to a band member who displays Academic Excellence, Musical Leadership, Creativity, commands exceptional attention in rehearsal and performance.
