He has worked in over 7 different countries and is a two-time past president for SHRM-LI. He has been an instructor for Stony Brook for the past 13 years.

She has been active in the field of HR for over 30 years in a variety of industries such as Biotechnology, High-Tech Manufacturing and Finance. She has also served as an adjunct professor at NYU School of Professional Studies for the past 11 years.
