Edward Del Gaizo, PhD
Dr. Del Gaizo received his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Fordham University and his masters’ degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University, and his B.A. in psychology from Stony Brook University. He has taught both classroom and online courses at several universities on a variety of topics, including applied psychology, employee development, organization change, human resources management, leadership, and research methodology.
In addition to consulting with organizations on a variety of human resources and performance issues, he has also held various corporate positions in the areas of professional training & development, personal research, and organizational effectives at firms such as Xerox, AXA/Equitable, and KPMG.
An author of several books and articles on instructional design, leadership, account management, and performance improvement, he has presented internationally on a variety of topics at such as organizations as the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Instructional Systems Association (ISA), Professional Society for Sales & Marketing Training (SMT), and the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) where he received an award as a “Top Ten 2002 Conference Proceedings” presenter.
