Kickstart Your Career Exploration

***This is an NPAW 2020 event open to postdocs across the country! It is organized and hosted by Stony Brook University.***

Join us in this info session and learn what the PhD Career Ladder Program (PCLP) can do for a postdoc like you!
- PCLP is a peer-led career mentoring program for postdocs pursuing any career pathway, inside or outside academia.
- PCLP helps postdocs set aside a few hours each week to develop a framework for their job search.
- Postdocs meet every other week for 7 sessions to go “up the ladder” of career exploration, from self-assessment to career research and skill identification, to informational interviewing, to resume crafting and goal setting.
PCLP is also easily adaptable at any institution by postdoc associations or postdoc offices. Once you've participated in the program, you could consider leading a similar group at your institution using our toolkit and moderation guide. Ask us how!
