New policies or changes to existing policies require approval of the area's Vice President or Provost. If endorsed, the Cabinet will need to approve before final submission to the Policy Administrator to be included in the policy manual.
- After the responsible Vice President or Provostial areas are consulted, the policy is reviewed by the President's Cabinet.
- Policies become official upon approval of the President and the Cabinet. Major revisions of existing policies are to be submitted for approval in the same manner.
- Campus practices may require modification to be in accord with directives from State or Federal agencies. The Policy Administrator will draft such revisions and forward them to the President's Cabinet for review. Following endorsement by the President and the Cabinet, these policies will be included in the Policy Manual.
