Dr. Paola Cepeda is the Program Manager for Graduate and Postdoctoral Professional Development, the Coordinator of the PhD Career Ladder Program, and a Postdoctoral Scholar and Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics and the Graduate School at Stony Brook University. She coordinates programs that provide graduate students and postdocs with professional skills development opportunities and career exploration tools. She oversees the curriculum development and leader training of the PhD Career Ladder Program, a peer-led mentoring program for graduate students and postdocs to explore careers inside and outside academia. Dr. Cepeda is also an faculty member of the Department of Linguistics. She holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from Stony Brook University.
