Gaby joined the Master’s program in the Department of Neurobiology & Behavior at Stony Brook University in 2020, after obtaining a Master’s degree in Molecular Physiology from Holy Spirit University. Gaby is a member of the Kritzer lab and is currently working on rat models for exploring and understanding neurodegenerative diseases, like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases. He is a passionate life sciences student and had experience working in the pharmaceutical field before joining SBU. Gaby is also a TA in the undergrad Biology program and has a personal satisfaction when transmitting the knowledge and the scientific innovation to others. He likes all kind of sports, specially basketball and swimming.
