We invite all family members to take part in Family Weekend, a traditional event that occurs in the Fall Semester. Family members connect with their students to experience a bit of student life at Stony Brook University as well as the surrounding area. Join us for a weekend of fun-filled activities and entertainment for the entire family including CommUniversity Day! Please note, SBU students will need a ticket to participate in Family Weekend. Please coordinate with your student regarding their availability prior to purchasing tickets.
Family Weekend registration is now closed.
If you did not purchase tickets, you may still visit campus and see your student.
Interested families can also participate in CommUniversity Day on Saturday free of charge. General admission football tickets can also be purchased

Each attendee, including SBU students, must purchase a ticket. Family Weekend ticket sales are final and refunds will NOT be given for non-attendance. Family Weekend is a rain or shine event. Please note that University-sponsored photographers will be at this event. By registering for this event, you understand that photographs may be taken and used in future university publications. If you would not like your photograph to be used in this capacity, please decline requests for photographs by our photographer. A final confirmation message with details regarding the Family Weekend event will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form a week before Family Weekend.

Saturday Full Day Ticket: $25 for adults and youth (ages 6-17), $15 for SBU students, Free for children 5 and under
