I joined the office of Student Orientation and Family Programs in 2009. Prior to coming to Stony Brook, I worked at Rutgers University in the areas of orientation and new student programs. I completed my B.S. in Human Services, Education, and Public Policy at the University of Delaware and my M.Ed. in College Student Affairs at Penn State. I love working with new students and Orientation Leaders and look forward to seeing you at orientation!

Assistant Director for Operations
I have worked for New York State since 1989 and came to the University in February 1996. That is when I started here in the Academic Advising Center. I was the Staff Assistant for the Center. In June of 2001 I began working full time in the Orientation and Family Programs Office as the Office Manager. I also teach the First-Year Seminar, serve as a mentor in the Mentor Program, and am an advisor for the Golden Key International Honor Society.
