Hannah Waterman is a graduate student in History and Theory, supported by a Graduate Council Fellowship. In 2019, she received a B.M. with honors from UT Arlington, where she completed research projects on a variety of subjects including Classical form, Johannes Kepler, and Marilyn Manson. Hannah is currently exploring Gothic literary tropes and existentialism in industrial music. More broadly, her interests include narrativity, aesthetics, poetry, and post-punk. Hannah represents the Department of Music as a Graduate Student Organization Senator.
