Use the GET Mobile App to Scan Your Student ID at the Cashier Station

To minimize risks of transmission, we will NOT be swiping your student ID cards.

Instead, you will scan your student ID at the cashier station from your mobile device using the GET App. Please have your student ID available as backup.

How It Works:

  1. Download the FREE GET Mobile app via the Apple app store or Google Play.

  2. Select Stony Brook University, sign in with your NETID and password and then follow the prompts to set up your account. Before placing an order, be sure to enter your phone number in your GET profile within the app!

  3. Remember to connect to Wolfie-Net Secure to access the campus wifi.

  4. If you do not have a mobile device or lost your ID card, let us know by emailing us at:  mealplan@stonybrook.edu

Stony Brook Campus Card App

The Stony Brook University meal plan and Wolfie Wallet app gives you the ability to manage your funds on your ID card anywhere, anytime; add funds, check your balance, view your transaction history, or report your card lost.

You can also view locations for on and off campus merchants, vending snack machines, and on campus laundry rooms.

Login Instructions

Your login is your 9-digit Stony Brook ID # and your Meal Plan/Wolfie Wallet password. If you do not have a password yet, you will need to create one.

Low Balance Alerts

Set up low balance alerts in the Stony Brook campus card app to prevent running out of dining dollars! After you log in, click Low Balance Warning under Personalize in the menu options.

 

Forgotten/Lost Passwords

If you have forgotten or lost your password , you can request that your password be sent to the ORIGINAL EMAIL ADDRESS you signed up with. You will need your University ID number. For security reasons passwords will only be sent to the original email address that you signed up with.

If you do not know the original email address you signed up with you must email the FSA Services Office ( mealplan@stonybrook.edu) with the following information:

  • your full name,
  • your University ID number,
  • your date of birth, and
  • your billing address on record with the University 

Your account will be reset so you can log in as a new user.

Lost Cards

To prevent others from obtaining meals and charging them against a student’s account,  lost ID cards must be immediately reported via the web.

NOTE: When you report your card lost, it will put a hold on all of your accounts (Meal Plan and Wolfie Wallet).

Replacing Lost, Stolen or Damanged Campus ID Cards

In the event you need to replace your student ID card, please contact the Campus Card office.
