Stefanie is an accomplished leader in the School of Communication & Journalism, where
she has been instrumental in driving strategic, operational, and assessment initiatives.
Her work focuses on conceptualizing and implementing transformative, data-driven solutions
that align with the school and university's goals. Additionally, she oversees the
school’s accreditation activities, manages course scheduling and curricular changes,
and is the graduate programs coordinator.
With a deep passion for organizational effectiveness, data analysis, and professional development, Stefanie brings a rich educational background to her role. She holds a master’s degree in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College and a bachelor’s in psychology from The City University of New York, Hunter College. Additionally, she has earned several certifications, including Business Analysis from Villanova University, Institutional Effectiveness from SUNY Center for Professional Development, and Assessment of Learning Outcomes from SUNY Center for Professional Development. Stefanie is also a Certified Scrum Master, reflecting her expertise in agile project management.
When she is not doing what she loves at the School of Communication & Journalism, Stefanie enjoys gardening, skiing, reading, and spending time with her family.
