Adrienne Terzuoli, MFA
Ms. Terzuoli, born and raised in Staten Island, NY, holds a B.A. in Literature and Writing from Hofstra University, a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University, two Master’s degrees in Education and Educational Leadership from Wagner College and an M.F.A. in Non-Fiction Writing from The New School.
In her many years as an educator, Ms. Terzuoli taught baking and pastry in the NYC Department of Education, as well as created a curriculum for at-risk students to prepare for the NYS ELA Regents exam. In 2014 she was awarded ‘Teacher of the Year’ at her school by the United Federation of Teachers.
As an adjunct professor with Wagner College, Ms. Terzuoli teaches a myriad of classes in the English department, including Sports Journalism and Digital Journalism, where she designed the course scope and sequence for both.
As a media journalist, she has experience in sports and lifestyle photography, social media and brand content production, special features writing, as well as radio hosting and podcast production.
Her work has been featured in Sports Illustrated, FXQ Magazine, Edible Manhattan, Industry Magazine, and more.
