The Center for Italian Studies Internship program is an opportunity for students to
develop skills in various areas while engaged in a direct and accessible Italian experience.
In a university-based cultural Center, the Internship is designed as a practicum-to-classroom
on Italian Studies in a professionalized environment; within a combination of work,
service, and assistantship learning.

How to apply
Undergraduates who wish to be considered for an internship in the Center for Italian
Studies should complete the attached application form and submit their proposed internship
to the Director.
If their application is accepted, the student can register for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 credits per term, under the supervision of Prof. Giuseppe Gazzola, Associate Professor in the Department of European Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, and Director of The Center for Italian Studies. At the end of the semester, the student must write a 4000-word report on their experience, used for evaluation and grading.
