The 3D The Campus Competition

From Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9:00AM to Friday, April 15, 2016 at 5:00PM, The SBU Innovation Lab hosted a Virtual Reality competition.

Individuals or teams, of up to 4 individuals, will use the open source application"Google Street View" to create 3D renders of the Stony Brook Campus, create a virtual tour of the campus.  The Innovation Lab hosted two information sessions on the event, where attendees were taught about the competition and how to create the renders.  The competition concludwed in a closing ceremony on April 20, 2016 where the winners of 3D The Campus were  announced and the renders were showcased.
