How do I upload my documents?
You must scan your document to your hard drive. If you use a scanner at your local office store or library, you can send the document to your email and save it on your hard drive later.
When you go into your application using your PIN and password, click on the appropriate Upload button, choose the document and upload it (as you would an email attachment).
I’ve uploaded one page and the Upload button will not allow me to upload the rest. What can I do?
All of the pages of your transcript must be included in one document on your hard drive. Then upload that multi-page document using the Upload button.
My document is too large. How do I re-size it?
Instructions for compressing a document in Word are below. You must use a search engine for compression of documents in other formats.
Transcripts in color (red, blue, etc.) should be photocopied before scanning to reduce the size of the document.
Click directly on the picture of your document.
Then click on Format under Picture Tools,
click on Compress Pictures,
and check Delete Cropped areas and Screen (150 ppi).
Click OK and Save.
Open the unofficial transcript image* in Preview. (* this does not work for PDFs)
From the Tools menu, select ‘Adjust Size…'
In the size dialog, make the following changes
After hitting “OK”, save the resized file. The reduced size should make the file easier to upload.
