International Travel
Asymptomatic Travelers
As of June 25, 2021, travelers arriving in New York are no longer required to submit traveler health forms. All travelers, domestic and international, should continue to follow all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) travel requirements.
Destinations Around the Globe
The CDC continues the designation of a Level 3 travel risk for all international travel & recommends travelers avoid all nonessential international travel. The CDC recommends delaying international travel until you are fully vaccinated with an FDA-authorized vaccine.
Symptomatic Travelers
CDC recommends delaying travel until fully vaccinated, because travel increases your chance of getting & spreading COVID-19. Symptomatic travelers must immediately self-isolate & contact the local health department or their healthcare providers to determine if they should seek testing.
High Risk States
