The Center of Excellence Wireless and Information Technology (CEWIT) is hosting its 17th International Conference on Emerging Technologies for a Smarter World (CEWIT2021) virtually on November 3 & 4, 2021, co-sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). CEWIT2021 will be a premium forum for presentations of cutting-edge research as well as for exchange and transfer of emerging technologies and innovative applications.
The conference will feature a strong program of speakers who are experts in their fields, and who will share insight and experience in such areas as machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, infrastructure and cybersecurity, and computerized medicine.
The event will bring together researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs, across borders and disciplines. This year’s array of exceptional speakers includes the former Ambassador Ido Aharon, a NYU Global Distinguished Professor, co-founder of Emerson Rigby Ltd, and Public Diplomacy Specialist of Israeli Foreign Service, who will share his unique and diverse background perspective in global politics and innovations, including its application to the drastically changing post-pandemic world. Dr. Amanda Muller, an Artificial Intelligence System Engineer and Technical Fellow at Northport Grumman Mission System, will deliver a talk devoted to the challenging issue of representation bias in national security application.
Last year’s conference attracted over 800 industry and academic attendees worldwide, and over twenty-seven presenters took the virtual podium in various sessions.
