The EAP Coordinator is available for walk-in appointments:
Monday and Wednesday-West Campus SBS Building Room N116-A
Tuesday and Thursday-East Campus (Stony Brook Hospital) Level 5-Rm 556 (next to Patient Advocacy)
by appointment between 8:30AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

If you are in urgent need to speak to someone about a Mental Health Concern, contact Response Crisis Center at 631-751-7500 or 911.

Parking - EAP has one dedicated parking space available to employees in the Administrative overflow parking lot (across the street and near the Wang Center). Please inform our office if you need the parking pass and we will provide it when you arrive. Directions to the EAP parking space: Enter the main campus entrance. Take a right at the light (Circle Drive). Follow Circle Drive for roughly 1/4 mile and the Administrative overflow parking lot will be on your right hand side. Proceed until you see the EAP parking space in the first row. Please refer to the third picture below for identification of the parking space as indicated by a red square.
Level 5, Room 556 at Stony Brook University Hospital. We are situated along the main corridor, just off the hospital lobby. We are next to the Patient Advocacy Department and across from the Admitting Department.
Parking - Located at the Hospital or HSC Parking Garages.
