Avoiding Gluten Options at Stony Brook University

Avoiding Gluten Program is a manually tagged icon system that enables students to see which recipes are made without gluten. Items may be alongside other recipes that *do* contain gluten, however when you speak with a manager in a SBU Eats red shirt, they can prepare a plate with these specific recipes and any additional accompaniments of choice.

Everything is available upon request. SBU Eats encourages you to speak with a manager to ensure gluten free and avoiding gluten recipes are prepared using the purple allergen kit.
