Wi-Fi Internet Access
Getting connected is easy. Just use the network labeled “WolfieNet-Guest” -- no password required. Users must agree to accept the WolfieNet-Guest Wireless Policy. If you need help getting connected, please call 631-632-9800.

SBU Sustainability - New SBU Smart Transit Mobile Apps Now Available!
Stony Brook University's Office of Sustainability and Department of Transportation & Parking Operations are proud to announce the release of new SBU Smart Transit mobile applications for both Android and iPhone users. SBU Smart Transit is the University's student developed and maintained passenger information system which provides the campus community with current vehicles locations and arrival times for SBU Transit buses, shuttles and vans. The new mobile applications have updated user interfaces and navigation tools, which are expected to improve accuracy and reliability.

About SBU Smart Transit
SBU Smart Transit is the University's student developed and maintained passenger information system for SBU Transit. SBU Smart Transit was developed through a partnership between the Stony Brook University Office of Sustainability, Department of Transportation & Parking Operations, Center of Excellence in Wireless & Information Technology (CEWIT) and College of Engineering & Applied Sciences and is a comprehensive bus and shuttle global positioning system that provides live vehicle location, utilization information and estimated arrival times to passengers using web and mobile based applications. Getting Off Campus
Visitors are encouraged to look into sustainable transportation options, which make a minimal impact on the natural environment. Among these are the 7Bus, which offers luxury bus rides from Stony Brook’s campus to NYC, and Zipcar, a car-sharing service that provides access to personal-use vehicles for a membership fee and hourly rate.
For guests with disabilities, the campus offers a wheelchair-accessible shuttle van and information about access to surrounding areas through Suffolk County Accessible Transportation (SCAT). Please contact Disability Support Services for scheduling and more information.
