Professor Yazici Named Principle Researcher in NSF-Sponsored Research

The National Science Foundation (NSF), known for supporting research in local cities and communities, recently awarded Dr. Yazici $499,999.00 for his project "One Bridge at a Time: Bridging the Digital Divide for the Well-Being of Aging Populationd in Smart and Connected Communities." The purpose of this project is to maintain mobility and access to services for the geriatric population of communities. Some aspects of this research focuses on transportation, public safety, emergency services, and housing. To read more about Dr. Yazici's research click here.
