Register to Vote

The Center for Civic Justice is responsible for voter registration Stony Brook University. In addition to providing voter registration applications, the Center for Civic Justice can review your application to ensure successful completion and send to the appropriate Board of Elections on your behalf.

 

How to Register to Vote

Option 1 (Preferred): Complete  this Google Form to request a voter registration application. The Center for Civic Justice is operating virtually at the moment, so it is important that you complete the Google Form at the moment.

    • We are available virtually, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, when offices are open.

Option 2: Contact the Center for Civic Justice at  civicjustice@stonybrook.edu to request a voter registration application. Our team will identify a convenient date and time for you to complete the application with us. We will ensure that you successfully complete your application.

Option 3: [Note: This Option is not available at the moment because we are operating virtually.] Complete the voter registration application online. Once you have completed the voter registration application online, print it, sign it, date it and deliver it to our team in the Student Activities Center, Room 226 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, when offices are open). We will either mail it or deliver it in person to your local elections office for you.

Option 4: Once you have completed the voter registration application online, print it, sign it, date it and either mail it or deliver it in person to your local elections office yourself.
