Mr. Rowe received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University. In 2009 he joined the Air Force Research Laboratory, leading science and technology research and development in the areas of wide-bandwidth wireless communications, directional networking, and quality of service across encrypted networks. Currently, Mr. Rowe serves as Core Technical Competency Lead, Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, Rome, NY, where he leads the strategic alignment of research and development in the areas of wireless communications, information management, and cross-domain solutions for the Department of the Air Force.
