The CATIA V5 Surfacing course presents an overview of Wireframe and Simple
Surfaces. You will review how to create lines, points, and planes in 3D space.
Wireframe and geometry, sketches, and geometrical sets will also be covered. From
there, you will move in to using the CATIA V5 Generative Shape Design workbench.
Upon completion of this course, you’ll know how to use valuable tools to create efficient
surface models. This class will address advanced topics teaching you how to create
and analyze complex surfaces using the CATIA V5 Generative Shape Design
workbench. Users will learn valuable tools to analyze surface models to verify their
quality. Topic areas include:

- Surface Based Features and Multi Section Surfaces

CATIA V5 Foundations course or equivalent CATIA V5 experience. Intended audience includes Designers, Design Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers who need to understand how to effectively analyze/use surfacing modeling for complex shapes and features.
