Overview of the ISO 9001:2015 revised Standard including the concept baseline for ISO, the structure of the new standard including a detailed clause by clause review of the content, changes, requirements, and interpretation for transition and assessment of company QMS programs.

Glenn Telschow’s career background spans over 40 years over a broad spectrum of business, industries, and responsibilities which include Global Distribution, Aerospace, Certification/Auditing, and Quality Management Systems Consultation.

Glenn is an ISO/Quality Consultant and a RABQSA certified auditor.  Glenn holds Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead Auditor Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 and knowledge of the updated revisions.  Glenn's experience in assessing, evaluating, implementing, training and QMS preparation has helped many companies prepare and/or obtain ISO Standards certification.

Education achievements - a graduate of the Adelphi University with a B.S. in Physics and has completed graduate level studies in Earth Sciences at SUNY at Stony Brook.
