Project Management Certificate
This Project Management Certificate explores the skills and techniques needed to manage and deliver projects, from initiating, planning, and executing to monitoring, controlling, and closing. Participants will build foundational knowledge in the universal language and systems of project management, and develop their communication and leadership skills to become better project managers who facilitate business success.

Project Management for Healthcare Certificate
Managing a healthcare project carries complex concerns not always found in traditional healthcare management. This course enables participants to learn and practice the tools and techniques needed for project management roles in healthcare. Participants will learn how to identify and execute appropriate planning, organizing, and controlling steps for projects, while ensuring quality. Additionally, several best practices in healthcare project management will be covered: negotiation, communication, risk management, change management, and coordination between the project and management, clients, users, team members, and support groups.

Stephen Campitelli
CCE Program Instructor | Project Management
Steven is an expert instructor from Total Systems Education, a PMI Premier Authorized Training Partner (ATP) and recipient of the “Best of the Best” Continuing Education Provider of the Year.
