Based on this accumulated experience, the material mandated by PMI has been enriched with additional activities and exercises, to enhance the learning experience and further reinforce the tools and skills presented.

What can a PMI CAPM credential do for you?

The CAPM  is an excellent stepping stone to the PMP, CAPM is a credential that certifies one’s understanding of the standardized, formal and successful project management processes presented in the PMBOK Guide (The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge), published by PMI. More and more companies are requiring newly hired project managers, and even their existing project management staff, to obtain a PMI credential as a way of helping ensure their project management staff possesses the desired capabilities.

This course prepares participants to take the PMI CAPM Certification exam using a highly focused approach: learn what you need to know and do in order to pass the test (and become a better project manager in the process!)
