Mindfulness the choice to pay attention without judgement, is not sufficient unto itself. Learning to see and express the good in our lives, cultivating kindness towards ourselves and others and offering compassion and forgiveness all lead to enhanced physical emotional and well being. An over reliance on technology and fast-paced, stressful lives are obstacles to mindfulness that can be skillfully managed. In this session, we'll discuss how to do one's best at work while honoring one's health and offer guided practice in easily practiced skills.
