Janet Hoffmann Bio

About the Instructor

Janet Hoffmann is the Founder & President of HR Aligned Design.  She works with companies, gaining an understanding of their organization, developing practical solutions, and facilitating change to align their people performance with business results.

Janet is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator, and presenter.  She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications and is certified in the Everything DISC Suite of Assessments, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and the PXT Select Selection Assessment. Janet is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), past Co-President of New York City SHRM, and past President of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers.

In addition to her clients, audiences have included the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers, HR Southwest, the Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues, the New York, Maryland and Florida State Annual SHRM Conferences, National Restaurant Association Show, FSTech, HR in Hospitality, The Grocerant Summit and the International Restaurant and Food Service Show of New York.
