“If you always do what you did, you will always get what you got.”

That very famous quote from Henry Ford speaks to today’s business environment. In a world of constant change, traditional thinking is no longer a viable option. Today’s challenges require new thinking, new tools, and new approaches. Enter Design Thinking. Design Thinking is an innovative approach to problem-solving that embraces empathy, inspires creativity, and encourages experimentation. It helps people learn how to think vs. telling them what to think. It removes personal bias and history and sees the problem from the eyes of your customers. Design Thinking is a highly-experiential technique any company can employ to generate new ideas, develop new business models, or solve existing problems. The best way to learn Design Thinking is to do Design Thinking. Our highly experiential one-day workshop teaches Design Thinking concepts and immediately puts them into practice on a given challenge.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Design Thinking approach and how it is used to solve problems and create new opportunities
  • Solid understanding of innovation; how to inspire creativity and think innovatively
  • How to apply Design Thinking to real-world problems and opportunities, including business development and market expansion
  • How Design Thinking can be used to develop executive-level skills in people
  • Valuable empathy, brainstorming, prototyping, and storytelling techniques
  • How to move rapidly from idea to action using rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iteration
  • Focusing on how to ask the right questions vs. giving the correct answers

Our program is not merely informational but an actual agent of tangible change; attendees can implement these teachings in their jobs immediately and achieve the lasting benefits.
