Rebecca provides direction and oversight to the College's Advancement Office. In conjunction
with the University Advancement Office, the College Advancement Office works to build
relationships with alumni and friends engaging them in the work of the College and
providing opportunities to use their resources to advance the mission of the College.
Rebecca Bair comes here from Arizona, where she has served in various roles ranging from a Governor-appointed position and was a member of two Joint Legislative Committees addressing chronic homelessness as well as in public and not-for-profit organizations operating in Arizona, California, Nevada, Pennsylvania and New York -- Banner Healthcare and Sun Health Foundation, Family Promise-Greater Phoenix, Catholic Healthcare West, Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Mountain Park Community Health Center, United Way, Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, Arizona State University, Maricopa Community Colleges and Corning’s Founders Pavilion Skilled and Assisted Living Community. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, and Crescendo Certified Planned Giving Associate with an undergraduate degree in business, a Masters in Human Resources Training and Development and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Rebecca and her husband Brian are the parents of two college-aged sons.
