I have spent over 35 years in the accounting profession as a practitioner, accounting professor, department chairman, course developer, trainer, project manager, senior HR leader, and consultant to leading organizations around the world.

Research: Currently researching the impact of national origin, gender, and function (i.e., Audit, Consulting, Financial Advisory Services, and Tax) on learning styles, cultural variables, and behavior in the workplace at global accounting firms and building cultural competence at the college and university level.

Teaching: Financial Accounting Cross-Cultural Competence Diversity & Inclusion
