1. FTE by VP Area

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/Payroll Reports;   historical FTE.

Description: FTE and Change by Fiscal Year, Pay Periods, Schools and Funds.

 

2. All Funds Operating Statement

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/All Funds Reports;   encumbered GA/TA and adjuncts.

Description: Allocation, Expenditures and Encumbrances including Pending transactions for  
“Operating Funds” by Fund as of the selected period and 3 prior full budget years, including lapsing period.

 

3. Allocation Changes

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/All Funds Reports;   allocation changes by type.

Description: Allocation balances for STATE and IDC funds by Departments by Account as of selected budget period.

 

4. Allocations and Expenses

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/All Funds Reports;   allocation changes as well as expenses.

Description: Allocation trend by Class, and allocation, and expense trend by GL accounts as of select period.

 

5. Financial Scorecard

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/All Funds Reports;   historical balances.

Description: High-level historical financial summary.

 

6. Budget to Actuals Salaries

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/Budget Management;   budgeted vs. actual positions.

Description: Budget to Actuals Salaries.

 

7. Historical Actuals vs Budget

Where to find it: SBU Reporting/Finance/VP Reporting/Budget Management;   budget vs. 3 years actual expenses.

Description: Data from CBM Budget to Actuals panel.
