Biography
Xiao Ping Hahas degrees from Fu Dan University, Shanghai, in Journalism, as well as Masters in Teaching Chinese as a second language from Middlebury College, Vermont. She was also the first graduate of SUNY Stony Brook’s Asian American Studies Department. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, her expertise is in the blending of teaching Chinese at different experience levels with using her rich Journalism background to introduce students to the cultural idiosyncrasies of the Chinese people.
