Dr. Dawn P. Harris is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, and York University in Toronto, Canada. Her research interests include the history of punishment in the British Caribbean during the 19th century and those relating to issues of women and gender during the colonial period.
