Luke Falk

Luke Falk is Vice President of Technology for Hudson Yards. His group drives technological innovation at the largest private real estate development in the history of the US. Previously he was Assistant Vice President for Sustainability in Related's New York Development Group. In that role he developed distributed and renewable energy generations projects, and improved the energy performance and resilience of new and existing developments. Since 2010 Mr. Falk has been an adjunct member of the faculty of Columbia University's graduate-level Sustainability Management program, a joint venture between The Earth Institute and its School of Continuing Education. He previously taught at The Cooper Union's School of Continuing Education. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Falk was a Senior Project Manager for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) where he managed programs aimed at promoting the adoption of clean energy in multifamily housing.
