appointments will be cancelled and you will be blocked from scheduling new appointments.

the ASTC reserves the right to cancel future appointments and open them for other
students to book.
If you have an extenuating circumstance, please let us know by emailing TutoringCenter@stonybrook.edu.

If your tutor does not have open availability, you can meet with a different tutor. Please do not contact your tutor directly and ask to reschedule; they are not able
to do so.

your request. If this is a service you need/want, please reach out to our office at
least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we can make the appropriate
arrangements for you.
Students are encouraged to utilize the additional tutoring services that are offered across campus. We also encourage you to meet with your instructor
and/TA during office hours.
