Assistant Director for Budget and Finance

As assistant director for Budget and Finance, Carol's role involves faculty start up, retention, Chair and other commitments and awards from Dean to faculty, staff and departments. She oversees Wolfmart approvals, Adjunct budget approval and roster distribution. Carol assists with IFR Rates structure and IFR accrual data collection, Travel and over 5K decanal approval process.
