Natasha Scarzella

Natasha Scarzella is currently a Senior Recruiter at Target Corporation, where she is responsible for on-campus recruitment in 5+ states, selecting, hiring, and retaining talent. Before this position, she was the Executive Team Leader for Human Resources at Target. She oversaw all HR processes, including staffing and onboarding, scheduling and payroll, training and talent development, coaching and performance management, and succession planning for an $80M operation.

Prior to working for Target, Natasha consulted for other organizations, including Stony Brook University, where she was able to share her knowledge of human resources. She assisted with a variety of functions, including staffing, training, and talent development which are her areas of expertise.

Natasha received her undergraduate degree in Health Science and Sociology with a concentration in Emergency and Critical Care, as well as her Master of Science in Human Resource Management and her Master of Business Administration, all from Stony Brook University.
