
Gary Bodam, PhD, serves as a Managing Partner at Business Methodologies International (BMIGC), a global consulting firm. He has 30+ years of experience with international organizations, developing, implementing, and facilitating for industrial, healthcare, consumer products, and consulting industries. Also, Gary has played key roles in 15 mergers and acquisitions.
Gary is also the professor responsible for the capstone program 'Strategic Human Resources Master's Project' at Stony Brook University (NY) School of Professional Development. In addition, a full professor on 'Leadership, Change Management, Culture in addition to Human Resources: Leading Change' at the Jack Welch Management Institute – MBA Program – Strayer University (VA).
He has also served in numerous executive and officer capacities in organizational development, human resources, sales, sales management, and training. He held positions at GE, Johnson & Johnson, Polaroid, Thomas & Betts, Acuity Brands, and Irby/Sonepar, a world leader in electrical distribution – all billion-dollar-plus companies with a wide range of products and services and global manufacturing and distribution operations to meet strategic requirements. Additionally, he integrated the Navy's 'Sea Warrior' program, transforming their workforce requirements.
He has a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a master's degree in management from Webster University. He is certified to conduct workshops on 'Overcoming Sales Call Reluctance' and the 'Fear of Self-Promotion in Leadership.' And by invitation, he has lectured internationally on 'Staying Competitive with Knowledge Management.'
Gary has co-authored Leadership Moments: Turning Points That Changed Lives and Organizations (Tafford Publishing, Oxford, UK 2006- Arc Leadership Group).
