Campus Residences does not coordinate assignments during the Winter Session. You must either live in an open building (Hand, Irving, James, or the West Apartments) or identify a resident of an open building who will allow you to occupy their space during the Winter Session. (Residents living in the West Apartments may NOT host guests during the Winter Intersession.) All residents remaining on campus for Winter Session must complete a winter housing application and submit it to the Quad Office of the Quad they'll be residing in by December 19, 2008.
The fee for winter housing is $825 for a residence hall double room and $950 for a residence hall single room. (Residents of the West Apartments do not incur additional fees for winter housing as the cost is already included in their semesterly charge). Individuals occupying another student's space during the winter intersession will return to their Spring room assignment on Saturday, January 24, 2009.
