Undergraduate Student Activity Fee: $5/session (Undergraduates Only)
Comprehensive Fee: $85/session, plus $.85/credit (College Fee)

A matriculated student is charged tuition at the rate of his or her program for all courses, in which he or she is enrolled, regardless of course level and regardless of whether any course is to be included in his or her degree program. This means that a student matriculated in a graduate program must pay for undergraduate courses at the graduate tuition rate.

The Undergraduate Student Activity Fee is used to help fund recreational and social activities for Winter Session students as well as for the ambulance corps and campus radio stations.

Comprehensive Fee supports the funding of the Student Health Services Center, as well as the transportation and technological costs of the campus. The Infirmary portion of the fee ($20) supports the medical and medical health services provided by the Student Health Services Center. The Transportation fee portion of this fee ($27) supports the campus bus service, which is free to all students, as well as the maintenance of the roads, parking lots, and the Motorist Assistance Program. The Technology Fee portion of this fee ($42) funds ongoing information technology improvements. The College Fee portion of this fee ($.85 per credit ) is a mandatory fee established by the SUNY Board of Trustees.

*Winter Session withdrawal deadlines are shown on the Academic Calendar.

All charges are estimated as of October 15, 2009 and are subject to change without notice. The comprehensive fee is mandatory for all West Campus and HSC Winter Session students.
To request a refund of the student activity fee on the basis of financial need, employment, internship/clinical rotation, child care, or commuting submit a Student Activity Fee Refund Request Form to:
