Admisson Application for Visiting Students

 

The On-line Admisssion Application for Visiting Winter Students is now closed.

 

Applying On-line

  • This application can only be used for Undergraduate Visiting Winter Session students.
  • Visiting students that attended during Summer 2008 do not need to reapply - your SOLAR ID and password are still active.
  • Current Stony Brook Students do not need to apply to enroll in the winter session - you will see the Winter Session in SOLAR as an option just as you would see the fall, spring, or summer terms.
  • Enrollment Begins on November 10th for all students.

Important Registration Information

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR COURSES, YOU MUST OFFICIALLY DROP THEM YOURSELF.

Informing the instructor or not attending the class does NOT cancel your registration and it does NOT cancel your financial obligation.

Deadlines are listed in the Academic Calendar. You do not need permission to drop courses within the published deadlines.

The Tuition Refund Schedule, as well as, information about refunds appear on the Winter Money Matters page.
