Celebration Info for Participants

Set-up:
Tuesday, April 23 in SAC Ballroom A. Best time to set up? Between 1 pm - 7 pm.

Poster display boards (36" x 48") are provided to all participants; however, you may opt to use your own display boards so long as they will fit on a standard easel. Because we need to re-use the boards we give to you Tuesday, we ask that you use pushpins (which we provide) rather than glue/tape.

If you become ill or cannot present for any reason, please notify Karen Kernan by email to faciliate a listing of the poster cancellations.

CEAS Talks (Presentations will be 15 minutes total: suggested 12 minute presentation; 2-3 minutes - question/answer).
