The Office of Enrollment and Retention Management oversees Stony Brook's utilization of several Hobsons Enrollment Management Technology (EMT) software products. These include:
- Connect: A multifaceted CRM used to manage communications.
- Events & Interviews: A module within Connect that provides staff the ability to create events/interviews while managing registration, communication, and reporting.
- Group Chat: A product that offers students instant communication through virtual group open houses.
- Virtual Advisor: Quick response technology built into our admissions website that answers questions through keyword algorithms.
