Week of October 3rd	Assignment due from students. Presented/ displayed in class. Distribute Commons Day bookmarks in class.
Monday, October 10th	Instructors may submit up to two winners (one in each category) Please submit the following to their Undergraduate College Advisor: - Student’s name - Student’s entry (Please include additional explanations if needed) - Student’s email address
Wednesday, October 12th	Each UGC Team submits a list of winners for each section AND the names of 10 grand prize winners (and their submissions for display) for the entire College to Jason Mastrogiovanni, Assistant Director of Undergraduate Colleges.
Monday, October 17th	Grand prize winners confirm attendance for award luncheon with the First-Year Reading Author on October 19th at 11:00am
Wednesday, October 19th	Undergraduate College Commons Day (11:00am awards luncheon)

 

Prizes:

• Up to two winners for each section will receive a certificate of achievement.
• Ten grand prize winners from each College win a lunch with the First-Year Reading author on October 19th at 11:00am

Special Notes:

• University Scholars may submit 5 grand prize winners.
• The Honors College may submit 1 grand prize winner.

All grand prize winning submissions will be on display during the week of Commons Day.
