There is plenty of time in the day, however, we have to do a better job at managing our time and limiting procrastination. This workshop will help you make better decisions about how to use your time and procrastinate less, in an interactive and engaging way.

If you answered yes to anyone of these questions I highly encourage you to attend, How to be Selfish: Putting Yourself First (Peer Pressure and Wellness). This program will explore through a very interactive experience the different ways you can say NO and learn to put yourself first.

Often, students (especially first year students) do not know what to expect from their professors. They are often afraid to approach their professors during and/or after class and have false expectations regarding their course work. Students are often unaware of resources that are available on campus to help students be successful here at Stony Brook University. This workshop will address various ways in which you can have great academic success in a college setting.
