Academic Standing Meetings

Please note: this sign-up is for freshmen only. Upperclassmen and transfer students must contact the Academic and Pre-Professional Advising Center to schedule an appointment to meet with an Advisor. Students in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences should contact their CEAS Advisor.

Instructions:

  1. When asked to Select a Service, select your undergraduate college.
  2. If you are prompted to select a staff member, select No preference in order to view all available time slots.
  3. Select the date in the calendar on the left, and choose a time from the list of available times on that day.
  4. Please give your first and last name, a contact phone number, email address, and (under Additional Info) please give your Stony Brook student ID #.
  5. You will now see a summary of the appointment you have set up. Review all details and select Confirm Appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment, it will not be scheduled, so do not skip this step!
  6. Check in for your meeting in Melville Library, room N3071.
